To this end, it excludes any involvement or commitment to participate in the political activities or programs of a government or any political party.

                It was founded by DOCTOR MICHEL ARCHANGE ROMARIC AKAKPO on September 09 2005 in Lyon, France, and went through a period of decline before being reorganized and restructured in South Africa in May 2020, with the help of peace-loving representatives from English, Portuguese and French speaking countries.

              This NGO is recognized as a public utility under N° 506968/08/2021/CIPC of 29/03/2021 and under N°257-637/NPO of 08/04/2021 by the South African Ministry of Territorial Administration.

An international office of ten (10) members oversees all the other bodies of the NGO.

The primary aim of the said institution is to unite, serve, build, defend and advance the rights of every country on the African Continent, after having severely suffered from the terrible decisions of certain Governments.

                It has set itself the task of ensuring that development, peace, security and stability become a reality in all countries on the African Continent, as well as contributing to governance and the construction of a just and equitable economic and social order.

                Its vision is to keep up the fight against all the ills and screws that plague the countries of the African continent, and in particular: bad governance, injustice, violation of the rule of law, violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms, discrimination against vulnerable people and ethnic minorities, gender inequality and the inability of government to provide social welfare for its citizens.

To carry out its activities, the International Circle for Development and Peace in support of the Governments of the African Continent has set itself a number of objectives, the most essential of which are summarized below:

To cultivate and actively defend unity and social cohesion among all the inhabitants of every African country, regardless of ethnic origin, religion, gender, professional status or political affiliation;

To facilitate encounters between citizens of different African countries who share the same values, so that they can fight for the preservation of peace and security, freedom and social justice, the protection of human rights and the rule of law;

To build an African nation with a common nationalism and loyalty in which the cultural, linguistic and religious diversity of the people is recognized;

Recognize the autonomous parity of all countries and support progressive forms of international economic, social and political cooperation that advance the sustainable development goals of the African continent;

Promote a well-balanced development of sustainable development, agriculture and industry, making the best use of the resources of each region of African countries;

Encourage a dynamic citizen contribution to public affairs, and recognize all stakeholders in the formulation of national and international policies;
